The semicolon is that barely understood tool in a Swiss army knife. You know the one: the awl; seldom explored, but really useful when blades or screwdrivers are not right for a job.
I loved this, and I also especially love the Oxford comma. Do you know that I've used it for years, and only last year knew it's name! Thank you, Rosana!!!
Thanks, Sue!! I had learned about the "series comma" and only learned about its "Oxford comma" moniker years after that. Whatever the name, I will fight over its use! ;-)
This is more evidence that we are psychically linked. The semicolon is my favorite punctuation mark.
So great to connect with a fellow semicolon-lover!!
I'm a fan of semi-colons; I use them often! Thanks for a fun post!
Glad to hear I'm not alone! Thanks for reading!

Nifty post, Rosana!
Since you were part of the inspiration for Antonio's comedy bit, it's not surprising that you can use the semicolon so adeptly!

Thank you, fellow semicolon lover. It's my favorite punctuation mark. And yes, it's sexy as hell!
It's so nice to know I'm not alone in my appreciation of this most excellent punctuation mark!!
