I find now, after living through that last bout with the pandemic, that if I have more than one biggish thing going on it one day I feel a bit panicked. I am for sure doing less! And I also am able to turn down invites with less guilt than I used to have--it just feels more like the new normal to do less. Having said that, I am not looking forward to the colder weather, potentially allowing for fewer indoor gatherings again as the plague seems to be once again ramping up.
All so true! At least in California, we can gather outdoors more year-round than in many places. It has been so nice to have permission to do less. Let's hope we can keep that going even when we can get out and about more!
