This post resonated with me. It was when I was managing people in Europe (+9hrs) that I learned, again, the importance of sleep. Also, did I ever tell you that "delicate flower" was Joao Carlos's nickname for me? Hello, fellow delicate flower!
Were so overstimulated all the time, too, which can be helping us relax enough to sleep well! Our pup Alice has the right idea--about18 hours a day of snoozing!
Great article on sleep, which I can particularly relate to since we’re traveling on the coast and had to deal with a three hour time zone change and then immediately a one hour spring ahead for daylight savings time! I’ve been getting about six hours of sleep and spending long days driving, socializing, eating out, and helping my dad with my things. I’m going to need 12 hours of sleep the first night I’m back, but of course I’ll probably only get the usual six or seven. 😬
The inconvenience invoice charge for snoring! Maybe I can buy some snore credits in advance and redeem them when needed.
LOL, only necessary if you're hiring overnight sex workers. Is there something you aren't telling me? 🤣
Yes to sleep! It took me so long to understand its importance, but now that I do, I'm never going back!
I still have to remind myself now and then — I stayed up a bit too late last night reading, and now I'm paying the price! ;-)

❤️ I did not know that, hello to you too! Delicate flower is better than HSP — at least, I like it better.
Seems like we Americans keep needing to learn how important sleep is!
This is so so important.
Thanks, I wish everyone understood that!

Aw, we can learn from all our pets!
